We want you to love Bezzie — but if something's not right, we'll do our best to sort it.

Can I return my order? Yes — we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, sealed and unused.

Due to the nature of our craft ingredients (and hygiene standards), we can't accept returns on anything that's been opened or used.

What about opened or part-used products? Once a product has been opened, we're unable to offer a refund — even if it's only been partially used. This is in line with UK hygiene regulations for consumable goods.

How do I request a return? Drop us a message at info@bezziebabez.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll send you return instructions. You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or faulty.

My order arrived damaged or faulty. We're really sorry. Email us at info@bezziebabez.co.uk with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it — fast.

Can I get store credit instead? Absolutely. If you'd prefer store credit over a refund, just let us know when you get in touch.
